The approach of alcoholism treatment is most frequently multidisciplinary. Beside pharmacological approaches exist a lot of psychotherapeutic and psycho-social treatments. What are the advances in outcome research in these fields: residential treatments, self-help groups, brief interventions, psychotherapies? What is the current status in psychotherapy research and what is the specificity of psychological interventions for alcoholic patients? In this paper we shall make some clarifications on these questions, and we'll show that we need further research with controlled studies of patient-treatment matching.
酒精成瘾治疗方法通常是多学科的。除了药物治疗方法外，还有许多心理治疗和心理社会治疗方法。这些领域（住院治疗、自助小组、简短干预、心理治疗）的疗效研究有哪些进展？心理治疗研究的现状如何？针对酗酒患者的心理干预有哪些特点？在本文中，我们将对这些问题进行一些阐释，并表明我们需要通过对患者与治疗匹配的对照研究进行进一步研究。
