Abstract
The determination of the lecithin/sphingomyelin ratio in amniotic fluid is a useful index for assessing fetal pulmonary maturity. The authors propose a simple and specific method : the amniotic lipids are extracted and thin layer chromatography is carried out in an acetic acid containing medium. The L/S ratio was studied and discussed in 138 normal and pathological cases.

测定羊水中卵磷脂/鞘磷脂比值是评估胎儿肺成熟度的一项有用指标。作者提出了一种简单而特异的方法：提取羊水中的脂质，并在含乙酸的介质中进行薄层色谱分析。对138例正常及病理病例的卵磷脂/鞘磷脂比值进行了研究和讨论。
