Abstract
The authors report a case of bacteriemia with Bacillus licheniformis in a pregnant woman with coagulation disorders (acute fibrinolysis). Eight blood cultures were positive. Recovery rapidly occurred. The origin of this affection is discussed : a venous mode of entry is possible, either by the use of contaminated infusion fluid, or following several catheterizations.

作者报告了一例患有凝血障碍（急性纤维蛋白溶解）的孕妇发生地衣芽孢杆菌菌血症的病例。八次血培养呈阳性。患者迅速康复。本文讨论了该病症的起因：可能存在静脉感染途径，或是由于使用了受污染的输液，或是多次进行导管插入术后所致。
