Two consecutive cases of nasal reconstruction, using a contralateral nasolabial flap for lining and a scalping forehead flap for cover, are reported. The procedure has been useful in repairing defects from large nasal lesions extending to the cheek, ones which preclude the use of a flap from the homolateral nasolabial fold. We have used this technique in two patients, without loss of any portion of such a flap and without the persistence of any hole in the nasal septum.
