[Bladder endometriosis: a new case and review of the literature].

OBJECTIVES
The diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of endometriosis of the bladder is reviewed. Although it is relatively uncommon, it should be taken into account when making the differential diagnosis in young females presenting with dysuria.
METHODS/RESULTS: A young female patient with dysuria and hypogastric pain caused by endometriosis of the bladder is described.
CONCLUSIONS
Diagnosis is basically by cystoscopic exploration and histological analyses of the specimens obtained by electrofulguration. Hormone therapy with Danazol may be effective in some cases. The most effective treatment is excision of the lesion by TUR or conventional surgery. Furthermore, laser could be useful in the treatment of this pathology.
目的
对膀胱子宫内膜异位症的诊断和治疗方面进行综述。尽管其相对不常见，但在对出现排尿困难的年轻女性进行鉴别诊断时应予以考虑。
方法/结果：描述了一名因膀胱子宫内膜异位症导致排尿困难和下腹痛的年轻女性患者。
结论
诊断主要依靠膀胱镜检查及对电灼获取的标本进行组织学分析。达那唑激素治疗在某些情况下可能有效。最有效的治疗方法是经尿道切除术（TUR）或传统手术切除病变。此外，激光可能对该病症的治疗有用。
