[Results of hetero-osteosynthesis in treatment of injuries of the crural bones].

The early and late results of secure heteroosteosynthesis in patients with fresh open and closed fractures and pseudarthrosis of crural bones are discussed. The most favourable results were gained in treatment of closed injuries of crural bones-80.25% of good and excellent issues. Observations for up to 6 years period over patients have demonstrated persistant functional issues with restoration of the anatomical form of the injured extremity and complete rehabilitation of the capacity for work in patients operated upon.
