The early and late results of secure heteroosteosynthesis in patients with fresh open and closed fractures and pseudarthrosis of crural bones are discussed. The most favourable results were gained in treatment of closed injuries of crural bones-80.25% of good and excellent issues. Observations for up to 6 years period over patients have demonstrated persistant functional issues with restoration of the anatomical form of the injured extremity and complete rehabilitation of the capacity for work in patients operated upon.
讨论了新鲜开放性和闭合性骨折及小腿骨假关节患者牢固性异体骨合成的早期和晚期结果。在小腿骨闭合性损伤的治疗中取得了最有利的结果——80.25%的患者获得了良好和优秀的疗效。对患者长达6年的观察表明，在接受手术的患者中，受伤肢体的解剖形态恢复存在持续的功能问题，且工作能力的完全康复情况不佳。
