Use of pharmacokinetic principles in drug therapy: a suggested topic outline and reading list.

A suggested topic outline on pharmacokinetic principles in drug therapy, complete with a bibliography of articles demonstrating important principles and applications, is provided for practitioners interested in implementing inservice continuing education programs. The outline follows that for a course required of all B.S. and Pharm.D. students in the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, Wayne State University. The bibliography of readings is current through 1975 but is not intended to be comprehensive.
