Immunological relation of L-aspariginase isolated from different strains of E. coli and Ervinia carotovera was investigated by the method of specific neutralization of the asparaginase effect on asparagin in the presence of immune antiasparaginase serum and the method of microprecipitation in agar. It was found that there was immunological relation between asparaginases of different strains of the same microbial species. At the same time common antigens were absent in asparaginases synthesized by different bacterial species.
采用在免疫抗天冬酰胺酶血清存在的情况下对天冬酰胺酶对天冬酰胺的作用进行特异性中和的方法以及琼脂微量沉淀法,研究了从不同大肠杆菌菌株和胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌菌株中分离出的L-天冬酰胺酶的免疫学关系。结果发现,同一微生物物种不同菌株的天冬酰胺酶之间存在免疫学关系。同时,不同细菌物种合成的天冬酰胺酶中不存在共同抗原。
