Autopsy data have been collected for 250 patients who died of primary tuberculosis within 1947-1992. Lethal outcomes of primary tuberculosis of late have become less frequent and occurred at older age. Diagnostic errors, on the contrary, are made more frequently, especially in general hospitals. In particular, misdiagnosis is common in verification of tuberculosis of intrathoracic lymph nodes in patients over 30 years of age. Current tendency to hypodiagnosis of tuberculosis is attributed to its atypical course and pathomorphosis.
已收集了1947年至1992年间死于原发性肺结核的250例患者的尸检数据。晚期原发性肺结核的致死率已降低，且发病年龄增大。相反，诊断错误却更为常见，尤其是在综合医院。特别是，30岁以上患者胸内淋巴结结核的诊断中误诊很常见。目前对肺结核诊断不足的趋势归因于其不典型病程和病理形态改变。
