Many railway occupations have special work conditions which considerably depend on peculiarities of work and therefore could not undergo hygienic regulation. The article gives examples of such occupations connected mostly with personal risk in railway traffic, marked work hardness, etc. Reasonable privileges and compensations are established for those occupations.
许多铁路职业具有特殊的工作条件，这些条件在很大程度上取决于工作特性，因此无法接受卫生监管。本文列举了一些此类职业的例子，这些职业大多与铁路交通中的个人风险、显著的工作强度等有关。针对这些职业设立了合理的特权和补偿措施。
