During a five-months period, 5 cases of cardiovascular toxicity related to chemotherapy were observed. Various hypotheses are discussed to explain the pathogenicity of this type of toxicity. Cardiovascular risk factors may favor this toxicity. In the presence of known cardiovascular risk factors, the choice of a less toxic regimen is desirable and, if this is not possible, the patient should be treated with continuous monitoring of the vital parameters.
在五个月的时间里，观察到5例与化疗相关的心血管毒性病例。讨论了各种假说来解释这类毒性的致病性。心血管危险因素可能会助长这种毒性。在存在已知心血管危险因素的情况下，选择毒性较小的治疗方案是可取的，如果无法做到这一点，则应对患者进行持续的生命参数监测。
