Abstract
The efficacy of thermal nitrogen-radon water and local pneumocompression was studied in 66 patients with lymphedema of the lower limbs stage I-II receiving treatment in Belokurikha resort. The response of 10-48-month duration was achieved in 63 (95.5%) of those treated. The course of radon baths only was less effective.

在别洛库里哈疗养院对66例I-II期下肢淋巴水肿患者进行了热氮-氡水疗法和局部空气压迫疗法的疗效研究。接受治疗的患者中有63例（95.5%）获得了持续10 - 48个月的疗效。仅进行氡浴疗程的效果较差。
