A standardisation of renography performed with gammacamera and computer on-line is described. A semi-quantitative measurement of the first and the second phase of the renogram is obtained; our so-called accumulation ratio (AR). The AR is a valuable expression of renal function, which does not depend on diuresis. The changes of AR, in oliguric status, are also discussed. The information from sequential images obtained during renography is presented. With this method functional changes of the graft as well as pathology of the urinary tract can be detected.
