Abstract
Three lethal cases of visceral (cardiovascular) syphilis are reported. A pathogenetic role of specific vasculitis in organic lesions, of myocarditis in a decline of inotropic cardiac function and endarteritis of renal vessels in development of organic parenchymatous insufficiency are discussed.

报告了3例内脏（心血管）梅毒致死病例。讨论了特异性血管炎在器质性病变中的致病作用、心肌炎在心肌收缩功能下降中的作用以及肾血管动脉内膜炎在器质性实质功能不全发展中的作用。
