The authors review the efficacy of mucolytic drugs in inhalations used alone and in combination with other substances (mucosolvin, ascoksal, powder soda, soda + ascoksal, soda + mucosolvin) against chronic obstructive bronchitis. The highest effect was achieved in inhalations of powder soda with ascoksal. This treatment is most potent in reducing the broncho-obstructive syndrome.
作者回顾了黏液溶解药物单独吸入以及与其他物质（沐舒坦、阿斯科索尔、苏打粉、苏打 + 阿斯科索尔、苏打 + 沐舒坦）联合吸入治疗慢性阻塞性支气管炎的疗效。吸入苏打粉与阿斯科索尔联合制剂的效果最佳。这种治疗在减轻支气管阻塞综合征方面最为有效。
