[The mucolytic therapy of chronic obstructive bronchitis].

The authors review the efficacy of mucolytic drugs in inhalations used alone and in combination with other substances (mucosolvin, ascoksal, powder soda, soda + ascoksal, soda + mucosolvin) against chronic obstructive bronchitis. The highest effect was achieved in inhalations of powder soda with ascoksal. This treatment is most potent in reducing the broncho-obstructive syndrome.
