Abstract
A new method of duodenal closure in stomach reconstructive resection in patients with pathologic disturbances after vagotomy with drainage operation is worked up. 6 patients have been operated. No postoperative complications were observed. All the method advantages are evident.
摘要
针对迷走神经切断加引流术后出现病理紊乱的患者，研究出一种胃重建切除术中十二指肠闭合的新方法。已对6例患者进行了手术。未观察到术后并发症。该方法的所有优点都很明显。
