[Surgical treatment of cerebral ischemia caused by multiple occlusions of major cerebral arteries].

The case records of 205 patients with brain ischemia of various degree severity accompanied by two and more main brain arteries occlusion are analyzed. In 176 operated patients 241 revascularizing intervention was conducted. The advantages of surgical method versus conservative one were established.
