Abstract
Herein are reported 2 cases of bilateral hypernephroma treated by simultaneous bilateral partial hephrectomy. One patient died of a myocardial infarction 3 years postoperatively and the other is well 30 months postoperatively. Bilateral partial nephrectomy is proposed as an alternative to bilateral nephrectomy and homotransplantation.

本文报道了2例经同期双侧部分肾切除术治疗的双侧肾上腺样瘤。1例患者术后3年死于心肌梗死，另1例术后30个月情况良好。双侧部分肾切除术被提议作为双侧肾切除术和同种肾移植的替代方法。
