Atmospheric concentrations of five sizes of particles with PAH were determined in Taiyuan, and deposition of PAH in human respiratory tract was estimated. Results showed 47%-70% of air PAH concentrated in the particles less than 2 microns in diameter. Total PAH deposition in respiratory tract measured 12. 53 micrograms per day, and 53% of them deposited in nasopharyngeal region, 65% in tracheobronchial region and 32% in alveoli.
测定了太原市大气中五种含多环芳烃(PAH)颗粒的浓度,并估算了多环芳烃在人体呼吸道中的沉积量。结果表明,空气中47%-70%的多环芳烃集中在直径小于2微米的颗粒中。呼吸道中多环芳烃的总沉积量为每天12.53微克,其中53%沉积在鼻咽部,65%沉积在气管支气管区域,32%沉积在肺泡中。
