We describe a simple device for facilitating arterial graft anastomosis during coronary artery bypass grafting. This device can be constructed in seconds from an intravenous catheter. It helps the operator to make the first several stitches on the arterial graft heel, and also helps the assistant to hold the arterial graft easily.
