Abstract
Cation exchange resins were applied to eliminate radiocesium from rats. The resins were administered intragastrically immediately after contamination 137CsCl and with delay of 1, 2, 6 and 12 hours. Inorganic cation resins applied with a few hours delay after contamination were shown to be highly effective.

阳离子交换树脂被用于去除大鼠体内的放射性铯。在大鼠被137CsCl污染后，立即或在污染后1、2、6和12小时经胃给予这些树脂。结果表明，在污染后数小时再应用无机阳离子树脂具有很高的效果。
