Anticholinergic delirium is a common side effect of various psychotropic drugs. The correct diagnosis is often delayed. The anticholinergic potential of many psychotropic agents is not known; it may become more manifest as a result of combination and cumulation effects. When the correct diagnosis has been established, a dose reduction or discontinuation of the drug involved may prove effective treatment.
抗胆碱能性谵妄是多种精神药物常见的副作用。正确诊断往往会延迟。许多精神药物的抗胆碱能潜力尚不明确；由于联合用药和累积效应，其可能会更加明显地表现出来。当确诊后，减少相关药物剂量或停药可能是有效的治疗方法。
