317 eyes of 288 patients who underwent cataract surgery with IOLs implantation since 1987--were examined. Secondary glaucoma was found in 31 eyes (9.8% in 10.8% with ACIOLs and in 8.6% with PCIOLs. The risk factors of intraocular pressure increasing were intra- and post operative complications, especially vitreous loss and posterior capsule lesions, as well as ACIOLs implantation in the eyes with extracapsular cataract extraction and planned PCIOLs. The changes of anterior chamber angle, visual function and methods of treatment in this type of glaucoma are also presented.
对1987年以来接受白内障手术并植入人工晶状体的288例患者的317只眼进行了检查。发现31只眼发生继发性青光眼（前房型人工晶状体植入者发生率为10.8%，后房型人工晶状体植入者发生率为8.6%，总体发生率为9.8%）。眼压升高的危险因素包括术中及术后并发症，尤其是玻璃体丢失和后囊膜病变，以及在行囊外白内障摘除术并计划植入后房型人工晶状体的眼中植入前房型人工晶状体。文中还介绍了此类青光眼的前房角变化、视功能及治疗方法。
