Abstract
Postoperative fixation after adaptive osteosynthesis of ligament-bearing avulsion--fractures of finger joints is often connected to long during after--treatment followed by impairment of mobility. The possibility of using functional dressings to secure the suture and early--functional after--treatment will be shown by presenting clinical case reports.

韧带附着处撕脱性骨折的适应性骨合成术后固定——手指关节骨折常常与较长的后续治疗时间相关，继而导致活动能力受损。通过呈现临床病例报告，将展示使用功能性敷料固定缝线及进行早期功能后续治疗的可能性。
