Abstract
A case of arteriovenous malformation occluded by Masson's vegetant intravascular haemangioendothelioma and complicated with intracerebral haemorrhage in an 18-year-old woman is reported. Marked endothelial proliferation was found in the vascular lumen of draining vein. The haemorrhage appeared to have resulted from impaired venous drainage from the arteriovenous malformation.

报告了一例18岁女性患者，其动静脉畸形被马松氏增殖性血管内血管内皮瘤阻塞并伴有脑出血。在引流静脉的管腔内发现明显的内皮细胞增殖。出血似乎是由于动静脉畸形的静脉引流受损所致。
