In the present uncontrolled study the effectiveness and tolerance of aminophylline suppositories were assayed in 79 children of varying age, based on clinical and chemical laboratory findings. Results as well as specific dosage problems are discussed. Special emphasis is laid on the advantages provided by the application of suppositories in the treatment of small children.
