The temporal fasciocutaneous scalp flap (TFSF) is used as mucosal reconstruction in 22 oropharyngeal and oral carcinomas. The anatomical basis of the flap and the clinical observations are described. The qualities of such a flap clearly appear: high liability and plasticity, perfectly adapted with oropharyngeal and oral mucosal loss. However attention must be payed to reconstruction of the anterior floor of the mouth which seems to be the limit of the rotation arc. Within these limits the TFSH has an inconspicuous donor site scar and low morbidity quite resumed by the hair regrowth on the intral-oral skin paddle.
颞部筋膜皮瓣（TFSF）用于22例口咽癌和口腔癌的黏膜重建。描述了该皮瓣的解剖学基础及临床观察结果。这种皮瓣的优点显而易见：血运丰富且可塑性强，能完美适应口咽和口腔黏膜缺损。然而，必须注意口底前部的重建，这似乎是旋转弧的极限。在这些限度内，颞部筋膜皮瓣供区瘢痕不明显，发病率低，口腔内皮瓣上的毛发再生可很好地恢复。
