A case of left renal cell carcinoma extending into the right ventricle was reported. The 72-year-old male entered Kansai Rosai Hospital because of dyspnea. Cardiac and abdominal ultrasonography revealed a left renal tumor with a tumor thrombus extending into the right ventricle. Left nephrectomy and removal of the intracaval and intracardiac tumor thrombus were performed with cardiopulmonary bypass. We also analyzed and discussed the 17 cases, including our case, reported in Japan.
报告了一例左肾细胞癌延伸至右心室的病例。一名72岁男性因呼吸困难入住关西罗萨伊医院。心脏和腹部超声检查发现左肾肿瘤伴有肿瘤血栓延伸至右心室。在体外循环下进行了左肾切除术及腔静脉和心内肿瘤血栓清除术。我们还分析并讨论了日本报道的包括我们病例在内的17例病例。
