Pregnancy complicated by maternal neural tube defect and an ileal conduit: a case report.

A case report is presented of a patient with severe neurologic defects associated with repaired meningomyelocele whose pregnancy was complicated in addition by prior urihary diversion and subsequent ureteral obstruction. The obstetric problem related to ileal conduits and the genetic aspects of neural tube defects are reviewed.
