Estimation of power spectra and coherence of heart rate variability signal (HRV) as well as respiration and peripheral blood flow (PBF) signals for normal subjects and diabetes using posture entrainment (standing position) are presented. Comparison of power and coherence spectra between each group leads to indices which may be helpful in the quantification of autonomic assessment of autonomic nervous system in health and disease.
本文介绍了利用姿势诱导(站立位)对正常受试者和糖尿病患者的心率变异性信号(HRV)以及呼吸和外周血流(PBF)信号的功率谱和相干性进行估计。每组之间功率谱和相干谱的比较得出的指标可能有助于量化健康和疾病状态下自主神经系统的自主评估。
