We performed lung function tests and measurement of unspecific BHR to histamine in 28 patients with left heart insufficiency in the course of mitral valve disease. The patients were divided into two groups: Group I--persons qualified to mitral valve replacement, Group II--patients with restenosis after previous commissurotomy or never qualified to the operative treatment. We found any statistic significant differences in lung function parameters between both groups. We found an increase in BHR in almost all patients; BHR was markedly higher in the group II (p < 0.001). BHR did not correlate with lung function but a degree of correlation was found between BHR and the patients age.
我们对28例二尖瓣疾病所致左心功能不全患者进行了肺功能测试以及组胺非特异性支气管高反应性测定。患者被分为两组:第一组——符合二尖瓣置换术条件者;第二组——既往行二尖瓣交界切开术后再狭窄或从未符合手术治疗条件者。我们发现两组间肺功能参数无统计学显著差异。我们发现几乎所有患者的支气管高反应性均增加;第二组的支气管高反应性明显更高(p < 0.001)。支气管高反应性与肺功能无关,但支气管高反应性与患者年龄之间存在一定程度的相关性。
