In the field of the psychosomatic gynecology and obstetrics always crossed by desire and death, the truth can't be an "external reality". It can only be "truth of the inconscient" whose organic expression (symptoms) is only one part. From this point of view, are the words significant between patient and practician, regarding the limitations both by the words themselves and the limits of what the patient asks and can bear?
在总是交织着欲望与死亡的身心妇产科领域，真相不可能是一种“外部现实”。它只能是“无意识的真相”，而其机体表现（症状）只是其中一部分。从这个角度来看，就言语本身的局限性以及患者提问和所能承受的限度而言，患者与从业者之间的言语有意义吗？
