Surgical approaches to the skull base have seen significant evolution. The most practical approaches now use the concept of comprehensive integration of all phases of cranial base surgery, from modular disassembly of the craniofacial skeleton and tumor resection to a functional and aesthetic reconstruction. The improved three-dimensional tumor resection with new cranial base techniques is being reflected correspondingly in oncologic results.
颅底手术入路已经历了重大演变。目前最实用的入路采用了颅底手术各阶段全面整合的理念，从颅面骨骼的模块化拆解、肿瘤切除到功能和美学重建。新的颅底技术在三维肿瘤切除方面的改进相应地反映在肿瘤治疗结果上。
