Abstract

The natriuretic effects of furosemide and the long-acting loop diuretic torasemide have been compared in patients with chronic renal failure with and without nephrotic syndrome. In patients with chronic renal failure without nephrotic syndrome, furosemide and torasemide exerted similar natriuretic activity. In patients with chronic renal failure complicated by nephrotic syndrome, torasemide showed a greater natriuretic potency and a longer duration of action than furosemide.

在伴有和不伴有肾病综合征的慢性肾衰竭患者中，比较了呋塞米和长效袢利尿剂托拉塞米的利钠作用。在没有肾病综合征的慢性肾衰竭患者中，呋塞米和托拉塞米具有相似的利钠活性。在合并肾病综合征的慢性肾衰竭患者中，托拉塞米比呋塞米显示出更大的利钠效能和更长的作用持续时间。
