Sclerosing sweat duct carcinoma, or microcystic adnexal carcinoma, is a rare neoplasm of the skin with both pilar and eccrine differentiation. Previously this neoplasm has been reported only in adults. We describe a case of sclerosing sweat duct carcinoma in an 11-year-old white male.
