Abstract

A rapid and simple method is suggested for primary selection of microorganisms producing exocellular lecithinases; the method is based on diffusion of the enzyme into agar containing lecithin. Among 55 studied cultures belonging to the genus Pseudomonas 18 cultures were active. Among 326 studied strains belonging to the order Actinomycetales, 7 strains were active and their level of lecithinase biosynthesis was much higher.

提出了一种快速简便的方法用于初步筛选产生胞外卵磷脂酶的微生物;该方法基于酶扩散到含卵磷脂的琼脂中。在所研究的55种假单胞菌属培养物中,有18种培养物具有活性。在所研究的326种放线菌目菌株中,有7种菌株具有活性,且它们的卵磷脂酶生物合成水平要高得多。
