Injection-sclerosing treatment of primary varicosity of superficial veins of the lower extremities was employed in 250 patients, 200 of them being treated with vistrin and 50-with varicocide injections. The treatment was conducted under outpatient conditions. Vistarin was found to show a greater therapeutic efficacy as compared with varicocide. Late results were studied in 152 patients treated with vistarin injections and in 150 of them a good functional and cosmetic effect was gained.
对250例下肢浅静脉原发性静脉曲张患者采用注射硬化治疗，其中200例用维斯曲林治疗，50例用曲张克西注射治疗。治疗在门诊条件下进行。发现维斯曲林比曲张克西具有更高的治疗效果。对152例接受维斯曲林注射治疗的患者进行了远期疗效研究，其中150例获得了良好的功能和美容效果。
