Abstract
Psychopathological manifestations of psychogenic depressions in subjects with organic lesions were carried out with consideration for concomitant conditions of the brain (residual abnormalities, injuries, alcoholic poisoning). Clinical examples of psychogenically induced depressive states are presented. Diagnostic approaches to and specific features of forensic psychiatric assessment of such cases are outlined.

对患有器质性病变的患者的心因性抑郁症的精神病理表现进行了研究，并考虑了大脑的伴随状况（残留异常、损伤、酒精中毒）。文中列举了心因性诱发抑郁状态的临床实例。概述了对此类病例进行法医精神病学评估的诊断方法和具体特征。
