[The organization of emergency medical care at the prehospital stage under urban conditions with catastrophic flooding].

On the basis of the method worked out by the author, scientific prognosis was provided of medico-tactical situation in disastrous flooding of a large city. Ways in which the city health service can deliver first aid and medical care to the victims were outlined. Measures aimed at perfection of urgent pre-hospital medical care were suggested.
