Abstract
Parameters characterizing molecular products of blood lipid peroxidation in hepatitis A and B were studied. The method employed was shown to be a non-specific test for differential diagnosis and prognosis of the course of viral hepatitis A and B as well as for pathogenetic substantiation of correction in treating these conditions in an acute stage and in the period of convalescence.

对甲型和乙型肝炎中血脂过氧化分子产物的特征参数进行了研究。所采用的方法被证明是一种非特异性检测，可用于甲型和乙型病毒性肝炎病程的鉴别诊断和预后评估，以及在急性期和恢复期对这些疾病进行治疗时矫正措施的发病机制依据。
