[A lymphology report--with special reference to student education].

In Northern Germany especially there are insufficient physiotherapists and doctors trained in lymphology to meet the needs of patients. In addition, the training of medical students in lymphology is inadequate. This report concentrates on ways to increase the number of practising lymphologists. A model for student training is described.
