Symptom-complexes typical of severe, moderate and mild carditis were defined on the basis of a comprehensive clinical and instrumental examination of 450 children with proven primary rheumocarditis, and with the aid of mathematical techniques. These complexes may be used in rheumatological practice for differential evaluation of the severity of cardiac lesions in cases of primary rheumocarditis in children.
在对450名确诊为原发性风湿性心肌炎的儿童进行全面临床和仪器检查的基础上，并借助数学技术，定义了重度、中度和轻度心肌炎典型的症状复合体。这些复合体可用于风湿病学实践中，对儿童原发性风湿性心肌炎病例中心脏病变的严重程度进行鉴别评估。
