[Improvement of differential diagnosis of tuberculosis and cancer of the lungs based on a mathematical method].

A table differential diagnosis algorithm has been developed to improve the diagnosis of tuberculosis and lung cancer in tuberculosis institutions. The algorithm proved effective already at the stage of primary antituberculosis aid, being a reliable tool in the diagnosis of lung cancer and tuberculosis, contributing to shorter examinations of patients, earlier administration of adequate treatment.
