A case of aneurysmatic dilatation of an aortic homograft 34 years after implantation for correction of a coarctation is presented. It was electively replaced by a Dacron prosthesis to prevent impending complications.
本文报告1例主动脉同种异体移植血管植入34年后发生动脉瘤样扩张的病例，该患者因矫正主动脉缩窄而接受了移植手术。为预防即将发生的并发症，择期采用涤纶人工血管进行了置换。
