Abstract
This article describes the use of an activator appliance to treat a Class II, division 1, malocclusion in a child in the mixed-dentition phase. The correction of Class II, division 1, malocclusions can be achieved by careful case selection of a motivated patient with a favorable growth pattern.

本文描述了在一名处于混合牙列期的儿童中使用一种功能矫治器来治疗安氏II类1分类错牙合畸形的情况。通过对具有有利生长模式且有治疗积极性的患者进行仔细的病例选择，可以实现安氏II类1分类错牙合畸形的矫治。
