Abstract
We report a gestational choriocarcinoma arising in a tubal ectopic pregnancy. Unilateral salpingectomy and single agent methotrexate chemotherapy achieved a cure. A follow up of two years revealed no evidence of recurrence.

我们报告一例发生于输卵管异位妊娠的妊娠性绒毛膜癌。单侧输卵管切除术及单药甲氨蝶呤化疗治愈了该患者。两年的随访显示无复发迹象。
