In the year since announcement of Governor Casey's health system reform proposals, much state as well as national debate has occurred. Last issue, we began a synopsis of the State Society's most recent responses to the governor's proposals, Senate Bill 1202 and House Bill 1958. This is a continuation of that discussion of specific aspects of proposed reform plans for the commonwealth.
