Perthes' disease was seen in two boys, aged 6 1/2, with the Russell-Silver Syndrome. Both presented with groin or thigh pain in their shortened side together with a progressive limp. They were treated conservatively, and when reviewed 6 1/2 years after diagnosis the lesions of the hip had improved clinically and radiographically. The leg length discrepancy did not increase.
两名患有罗素-西尔弗综合征的6岁半男孩患有佩特兹病。两人均表现为患侧腹股沟或大腿疼痛，并伴有进行性跛行。他们接受了保守治疗，在诊断6年半后复查时，髋关节病变在临床和影像学上均有改善。腿长差异没有增加。
