Primary small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the larynx. Two case reports.

Two cases of primary small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the larynx (SCNLC) are presented. One patient is alive at 5 years without evidence of disease, after the combined therapy (surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy), the either treated without adjuvant chemotherapy died at 22 months because of lung and liver metastases.
