Two cases of primary small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the larynx (SCNLC) are presented. One patient is alive at 5 years without evidence of disease, after the combined therapy (surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy), the either treated without adjuvant chemotherapy died at 22 months because of lung and liver metastases.
本文报告了2例原发性喉小细胞神经内分泌癌（SCNLC）。1例患者在接受联合治疗（手术、放疗和化疗）后存活5年，无疾病证据，另1例未接受辅助化疗，于22个月时因肺和肝转移死亡。
