Herein we describe a 37-year-old patient diagnosed as having Hodgkin's disease of penis. To our knowledge, the present case is the youngest reported in the literature. The disease equally affected the body, prepuce and balanopreputial groove and was in stage I E at the time of diagnosis. Treatment was by radiotherapy, which left no trace of the disease. Four years thereafter the patient is disease-free. The cases previously reported are briefly reviewed and the results are compared.
在此，我们描述了一名37岁被诊断为阴茎霍奇金病的患者。据我们所知，本病例是文献中报道的最年轻病例。该疾病同样累及身体、包皮和阴茎头包皮沟，诊断时处于ⅠE期。治疗采用放射疗法，治疗后疾病未留下任何痕迹。四年后患者无病生存。对先前报道的病例进行了简要回顾并比较了结果。
